We used this practice for many many years for both our pets and livestock needs, the original 2 vets and their staff were great, never any issues....however after the new vet arrived and some major changes made within the practice and the rude "Bedside manner" of the new vet along with some serious mistakes by the new vet which delayed possible life saving treatment, i am sorry to say that we no longer use this surgery.

A well run family vets, great service very helpful will definitely use again.

All this vet is interested in is selling you products (food, shampoo, lotions & potions) and not being interested in sorting the actual illness of our dog. Unless you have very deep pockets and don't care if your pet lives or dies, I would look for an alternative vet. My Lhasa Apso "Monet" registered with you under my husband's name at your clinic, has now had to be put to sleep due to you not thoroughly investigating his illness, leaving his condition undiagnosed and without any follow up from you. We finally got a really compassionate and attentive vet to look at our precious dog in Guéret, but due to no follow-up care from this vet, his illness was left undiagnosed too long, and therefore there was no alternative but to put him to sleep. NOTE: I am now getting thretening phone calls and emails to remove my review!

Been going to this vet since 2009 with all our dogs, never had anything but excellent service.
