MY CONTEXT: In June 2018, I helped save two orphaned kittens less than 24 hours old, by placing them in my home. Without this cabinet, they probably would have died. Veterinary emergencies recommended this practice to us, close to my home at the time and trained in the care of unweaned kittens and newborns, which is rare. CARES : Whether for a check-up visit or to manage life-threatening emergency situations, but also for a psychological, behavioral or relational disorder, the team is very competent and attentive. I recommend them to you with your eyes closed for your cats of all ages. During a consultation, the veterinarians explained to me the care carried out step by step. A member of the team then taught me how to perform a treatment (bandage, injection, placement of a probe, etc.) if necessary. During emergency hospitalizations, I was able to stay close to the hospitalized kitten all afternoon. PAYMENTS: I had payment facilities in several installments, preferential rates when I was a host family. I have frequently been offered quotes before a medical procedure. When possible, I was offered several treatments at different prices, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each for the cat. Unlike other firms, I was never encouraged to purchase. Prices are displayed at reception. I find them to be normal, or even slightly below the average for Toulouse offices. THE TEAM: I have met all members of the team working the second half of 2018 to date. Everyone was attentive, competent, and invested as much as possible in caring for my cats. If the veterinarians did not often have time to reassure me, the auxiliaries always took a lot of time to talk with me, whether in the office or by telephone.

We moved, so we were forced to change veterinarians, but we are extremely grateful for the kindness of the veterinarians at this practice. We have always found advice and attentive listening there, whether for fun moments (ultrasound on a pregnant cat) or much more difficult ones, but also for common procedures. thanks to the whole team

The clinic of Dr Landart and Dr Bonnamy has been taking care of my cats for almost 10 years. Undeniably two experienced, passionate practitioners, particularly attentive, having always done their utmost to find the most appropriate and effective solution to treat and take care of my animals. The veterinary assistants are very understanding and reassuring. Everything has always been done as best as possible to find a place in the event of an emergency and take care of my cats, particularly during convalescence in the clinic. It is truly fortunate to have such a veterinary clinic in the city center. A huge thank you to the entire team, true animal lovers. PS: I wanted to point out that Dr Bonnamy saved the life of my old cat, (now in great shape) and completely stabilized his diabetes thanks to particularly careful and very professional monitoring.

Beware of scam! The firm is more interested in your wallet than in your pet!!! At the beginning of July, I came with my dog ​​to have an annual medical consultation, the veterinarian advised me to take a blood test and she said “you can come whenever you want” but she never said to come back for Taking the blood test was a way of requesting another medical consultation. Afterwards my dog ​​scratched - the vet gave a treatment that didn't work and when I called to get back, she would like to ask again the price of a consultation! A place to avoid because veterinarians are only looking for one thing: to make money!!!

I've been taking my 2 cats to this clinic for about 5 years and am extremely happy with them all-around. I mostly see Dr. Landart, and she's a very competent vet, in addition to being caring towards animals and having a "human touch" with pet owners. I really feel like she's giving my cats the best care possible, while also taking the time to ensure all my questions are answered. She never dismisses my concerns or rushes me out the door. Appointments are made quickly – usually within 1 or 2 days, or less in the case of emergencies – and you don't spend long in the waiting room. As a bonus, both doctors speak English. Highly recommended.
