This practice is managed by two veterinarians: Mr. Noel is very educational, gentle and patient with the animals. He is an excellent veterinarian. Mr. Pélardy is the complete opposite. Abrupt, he explains nothing and will not even reveal the details of the procedures he will perform on your animal.
